As a recent Business Engineering graduate, I'm eager to take on roles that allow me to see the tangible impact of my work while growing both professionally and personally. My curiosity spans multiple industries, and I’m particularly drawn to environments where innovation, problem-solving, and teamwork come together to create meaningful results. During my internship as a Business Analyst at a bio-cosmetics company, I thrived in a collaborative and warm environment. This experience reinforced my ability to adapt quickly, contribute meaningfully to a team, and discover my strengths in analysis, strategic thinking, and communication. I am passionate about working in diverse, international environments, which aligns with my research on the gender of leader stereotypes—a topic I explored in my thesis. I believe diversity drives innovation and am eager to bring this perspective into my future roles. Challenges have always excited me, as reflected in my study career choices.
