About Johan Sutheja

I’ve spent the last decade helping ambitious SMEs leap and dominate their categories through commercial strategies. But one problem always kept showing up: scaling human-led sales processes is expensive, slow, and leaky. Brands could scale their ad budget, but their funnel cracked under the weight of leads. That’s when I realized that growth isn’t just about better branding or sharper strategy. It’s about building a pipeline that doesn’t break under pressure. That vision became Qonflo AI. Today, as CCO, I’m helping mid-sized companies orchestrate their entire pipeline—WhatsApp, Marketplace, Web Chat—into one AI-powered flow. Qonflo auto-qualifies leads, closes deals, and automates follow-ups without any revenue leaking. And we don’t just provide tools. My team builds the entire solutions: prompts, workflows, and integrations, so business leaders can finally run predictable, always-on pipelines. If your sales pipeline relies on reminders instead of automation, message me. Let’s fix that. Your next 10x might be sitting in your WhatsApp inbox right now.
