Boosted with an MBA, I moved from site manager to internal global consultant covering 20 sites across US, Asia and Europe. In this role I developed digital transformation road maps based on LEAN and Industry 4.0 maturity assessments, introduced machine learning in manufacturing and installed hoshin strategic planning and execution methodology. Skills: Ability to analyze needs and identify relevant solutions designed to yield a profitable outcome in different contexts. Integrating and applying the latest concepts and technologies (lean, digital transformation, smart manufacturing, machine learning) supporting the triple bottom line (People-Planet-Profit) and ensuring sustainability.
