Highlights of my career include: Led a growing team of 650 physicians spanning 10 clinical programs across 3 acute care hospital sites and two urgent care centres. Played an instrumental role in the $150M acquisition, build, and implementation of a state-of-the-art hospital information system. Led 200 nurses, 4 physicians, 14 obstetricians, and 22 midwives through a 3-year MORE-OB quality and safety improvement plan. Orchestrated the COVID response, which encompassed a service-by-service approach to maintain service levels throughout the pandemic. Participated in the amalgamation of three maternity units from geographically and culturally diverse hospitals into a single unit. Instituted standardized order sets system wide, significantly enhancing quality of care while facilitating implementation of a CPOE and HIS.
