I’m a bioinformatics specialist with over a decade of experience transforming complex, high-dimensional biological data into actionable insights. I thrive at the intersection of life sciences, data science, and software engineering—collaborating with pharmaceutical and biotech teams to accelerate discovery and improve clinical outcomes. My mission is to reduce the complexity of heterogeneous omics data by building intuitive tools and automatable workflows that translate abstract scientific goals into tangible, decision-driving results. At Genedata, I lead and deliver data science projects that span the full lifecycle of multi-modal omics analysis—from genomics and transcriptomics to proteomics and single-cell data. I design and operate scalable and reproducible workflows for quality-controlled data processing and harmonization, ensuring compliance with FAIR data principles and alignment with community standards. In pilot initiatives, I also develop custom applications that enable translational/clinical scientists to explore data independently—supporting cohort design, biomarker development, and indication finding through interactive, insight-driven interfaces.
