Extensive leadership experience in automotive quality management – from planning to warranty, and from developing global and local standards to driving implementation. I believe in a people-centered culture where process changes are co-created and truly embedded in daily operations. As an Authorized Officer at Durmont GmbH, I’m responsible for Quality, Sustainability, and Digitalization. I lead key initiatives such as ERP system implementation and apply Lean Management principles to improve processes and increase operational efficiency. For over four years, I’ve also supported individuals as a coach – helping them gain clarity, unlock their potential, and achieve personal and professional goals. I’m convinced that collaboration and the development of individual strengths are the foundation of sustainable success.
