I started CRAVEBOX in 2014. We sell on Amazon and cravebox.com. I've owned and managed an apartment building in Pennsylvania since 2018. It's been a great investment and I've enjoyed actively managing it. I plan on buying more multifamily real estate and I hope to someday buy and manage large deals by investing my own equity and raising equity from other investors. I plan on acting as the general partner in these real estate private equity funds. I'd also love to play some small role in extending the human lifespan. I think the exponential advancement of AI, quantum computers, nuclear fusion, and other technologies will lead to this within the next few decades.
