I am leading the development of the new Master Data Management (MDM) capability for Prudential within the Chief Data Office. This will enable an enterprise view of coalesced data assets for improved customer experience, sales, and marketing growth, and support the advancement of data science, business intelligence and analytics across Prudential domestic business lines with the capability for this to expand to international. I am a versatile strategic operations leader with a proven track record in achieving results through operational management and process improvement excellence. I focus on building a positive, sustainable culture of employee engagement, developing people and organizations, and collaborating across the company to deliver results. I am proud of the variety of roles I have achieved in and appreciative of those who have afforded me those opportunities. My roles have included: leading service areas with emphasis on people and operations management; creating and building new organizations; revitalizing and improving established teams; and leading large-scale strategic initiatives and projects. I have had leadership roles within numerous business lines (i.e, life insurance, annuities, disability income, group business, and retirement) along with leading within multiple functional areas (i.e, New Business/Underwriting, In-force Services, including Contact Centers through Claims, Project Management Offices, Data & Data Governance and Technology). This background is extremely helpful in my leading the MDM capability across multiple lines of business and core processes that will benefit from the power of data.
