I helped build a company from new start-up to a $35 million force in the retail industry. I've grown existing companies in varied industries significantly with creative sales initiatives, strategies and educated know-how from years of experience. Specialties: Sales, Motivating and Training Sales Teams, Consultative and Relationship Sales, Budgeting and Forecasting and C-Level presentation and negotiating expertise. I enjoy leading from the front, working with salespeople in the trenches in live sales situations. I won't ask any Sales Executive to do anything I'm not willing to with them in the field, leading by example, building credibility and reinforcing confidence in their leadership.
