With over 20 years of experience in the packaging and printing ink industry, I’ve built a career at the intersection of technical expertise, hands-on operations, quality assurance, and workforce development. As a G7 Expert and certified Color Management Professional, I’ve trained hundreds of employees and customers, translating complex concepts into accessible, real-world applications that empower teams to learn, grow, and perform at their best. Throughout my career, I’ve managed multi-site laboratory operations, led large-scale training initiatives, and developed systems that improved product quality, process consistency, and customer satisfaction. I’ve implemented standardized quality procedures, supported Six Sigma-driven improvements, and helped drive a 96% OTIF rate across more than annual requests – always with a focus on continuous improvement and root cause resolution. I take particular pride in creating environments where people can grasp difficult ideas for the first time and gain the confidence to apply them.
