About John Arnold

I’m a dedicated EMS professional with a strong foundation in prehospital care, emergency services operations, and leadership within non-profit organizations. My career has centered around delivering high quality care in dynamic, resource limited environments. I’m passionate about expanding that work into austere medicine, disaster response and emergency management. Currently, I oversee operations at the ambulance service I work for, where I manage staffing, logistics, system readiness, and clinical quality. I’ve responded to a wide range of incidents from routine calls to complex, multi-agency responses in rural and wilderness settings. My goal is to apply this field based experience toward managing large scale incidents, improving disaster preparedness, and supporting healthcare delivery in remote or crisis affected regions. Academically, I hold an Advanced Regents Diploma from Warrensburg Central School and a Paramedic Certificate from The University of Vermont’s Elizabethtown Community Hospital. I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science at the University of New Haven, furthering my education in emergency management and healthcare systems. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me hiking the Adirondacks with my dog Zoey or relaxing with my three cats; Stanley, Stormie, and Max.
