Build and promote a website that increased sales by 40% and got thousands of hits every month. Rebuild a computer and network system from scratch starting with new computer hardware and new internet systems which helped improve workflow and decreased waiting time due to slow internet. Competed in a cyber security competition hosted by the Air Force called Cyber Patriot and led my team to the semi-finals. Competition involved securing servers and Linux as well as capturing the flag. I have five years of customer experience, I transitioned from a Walmart Associate, focusing on direct customer interactions and store operations, to a Production Manager in a new company where I oversaw product creation and quality, ensuring alignment with customer needs. With a comprehensive view of both front-line service and backend production, I've championed efficiency, product excellence, and continuous improvement, driven by feedback from both teams and customers. Over four years as a Production Manager, I've optimized operational processes, elevated product quality, and led cross-functional teams with a focus on training and development.
