About John Austria

I am an RPA Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and implementation manager. I take the the lead in end to end process automation - from identifying use cases, to gathering business requirements, finalizing the progress design document, downloading knowledge to developers, helping with user acceptance testing and getting final deployment approval from business owners. I have been in this role since Aug 2019. Prior to this, I was a senior business consultant with four years of experience in helping clients with their Business Process Management - identifying processes that are RPA-ready and re-engineering the processes that are not. In addition, I have experience in top-to-bottom Lean Six Sigma deployment to client organizations. I am currently working on my Six Sigma Greenbelt. I am also an actuary (ASA) with more than 10 years of experience in both pricing and valuation. My areas of expertise include experience studies, baseline testing of actuarial models, creating management decks, modeling actuarial and financial risks, and maintaining pricing tools for the underwriters. I am an ASA, and a CFA Level I Exam passer. On the side, I write screenplays, produce films and watch tons of movies.
