As a seasoned Workflow Support Manager in the telecommunications industry, I bring over two decades of leadership experience across customer service, workflow optimization, and team development. Currently, I lead a team of Workflow Support Specialists, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for data workflows and processes. My focus is on fostering operational efficiency, ensuring data integrity, and mentoring teams to achieve organizational goals. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated success in leading high-performing teams, with a track record of managing groups ranging from 4 to over 50 individuals. My expertise includes overseeing pre- and post-sales inquiries, enhancing customer retention strategies, and streamlining processes for improved system utilization. I thrive in collaborative environments, using my skills in critical thinking and strategic planning to drive results. I am passionate about mentoring others, helping them discover and fulfill their purpose, and creating environments where individuals and teams can excel. Outside of work, I enjoy golf, playing the drums, and giving back to the community through volunteer work at local food banks during the holidays. Having earned a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies from Benedict College, I am committed to lifelong learning and professional growth.
