About John Backus

Currently, I am working in the Member Solutions Center at Honor Credit Union as the MSC Manager-Lending. I am responsible for managing the Outbound Team, Lending Team, and Eservices Team in the Member Solutions Center at Honor Credit Union. Our focus is to providing superior assistance to our members, handle loan inquiries, contacting our members to help provide solutions for financial success, knowing regulations and operational procedures. Honor Credit Union Outbound Team helps build new and old member relationships to help grow the Credit Union. Previously, at Express-1 some of my responsibilities were dispatching, spotting bidding, and customer assistance. I have years of experience in a call center setting and have succeed in the environment. I am a recent graduate of the Haworth College of Business at Western University with a Bachelor's Degree in Sales and Business Marketing. I graduated from Lake Michigan College and earned an Associates Degree in Business Administration and a Certificate in Management.
