I have been active in the technology sector for more than thirty years. My professional journey has taken me through global IT companies such as Philips, Origin, and Oracle where I have had the opportunity to contribute to various international support projects and operations, including the development of support services and social support initiatives. My experience in leading international teams and implementing innovative solutions is coupled with my hands-on proficiency in building and deploying Machine Learning models, particularly in the Natural Language Processing domain. Since October 2016, I have been serving as a Senior Director at RWS Group. My primary responsibility is to manage and expand the scope and influence of customer self-service through the RWS Community where I combine traditional community management with leveraging machine learning and natural language processing.
