I’m the team lead and when we start off the day I find out where I travel to and sometimes it can be many different job sites a week. Sometimes up to four jobs a week. I’m able to stay calm and focused in high stress situations. I’ll get the guy’s signed in on whatever job I’m working at and get them going. I fill out DAR’s for the GC and call for materials if needed. Turn in time for employees to get paid. Communication is key when on a job site with all trades. I have 33 years experience in construction and have been in different trades like bus boy, dishwasher, roofing, waterproofing, Lathing, fence installation, metal framing, painting,drywall, door installation, insulation, interior and exterior layout, uses a laser everyday, heavy equipment operation, worked on a road crew installing storm drains for overstreet paving, scissor lift and boom lift use, elevator installation of both hydraulic and electrical, demolition and then rebuild it, install ceiling tile grids, I’m always trying to improve myself. Every project starts as an idea, but it takes dedication, precision, and teamwork to turn that idea into a reality. I have all my own tools! I have traveled to other countries for work before, I haven’t found any job I like more because I like doing them all but my trade of preference is Lathing.
