About John Beaudrie

My career has been varied starting with being a Medicaid and Medicare Auditor for the State of Michigan in the late 1970's to CFO of a rural hospital in 1983 and finally CEO of another rural hospital near Detroit Michigan ending in 1993 when we made the hospital a bariatric surgical center. In 1993, I became an administrator of a post acute facility and have been in long term care since that time. I have been an administrator in various States doing diverse things. I managed a 220 bed building in West Virginia and then was the Administrator of a 300 bed facility near New Orleans. I have been a Regional Director with a region of fourteen facilities and now I am the Administrator of a Skilled Nursing Facility with an Assisted Living Center attached. I have created a team approach to enhancing census successfully by taking this current facility from a loss situation to profitability. This was done by matching the talents of our team to the process of achieving the vision we all adopted. Presently I am the Administrator in Jackson MO at a 90 bed SNF. I hired a team of people who are able to increase census and improve the reputation of the community. At present we are opening a Memory Care Neighborhood with a capacity of 30 residents. We were able to keep Covid 19 out of the community until February 2021. We are now Covid free both for staff and residents. We have had no Covid cases since the beginning of March 2021.
