From formerly working as a supervisor in the Landscaping industry, I've decided to take my skill set of excellent client care, people and project management to a new digital landscape. I am incredibly committed to delivering the highest degree of service for incidence response and pride myself in the tailored care I provide for our clients. Through diligently applying my skills in CRM & ITSM, I'm able to take care and understand the nuances of software & hardware pertaining to animation and production for both Linux & Windows OS. While I'm no expert in this field, I am very open to learn and work with my mentors and peers in ensuring that problems that come up in the pipeline are triaged as quickly and properly as possible for end users. Whether the issue is solved by myself or escalated to the appropriate channel I am here to help and ensure the smoothest workflow for clients! I am looking forward to developing a long term career in the tech industry as I pursue more knowledge and skills.
