Track record of turning around agencies in crisis establishing their financial sustainability and continuation of impactful community services. Growth of non for profits through strategic planning and financial and program implementation and oversight. During my tenure at Senior Services Plus I was fortunate in leading the agency through a strategic plan that has made the agency the leader in aging in the Southern Illinois and St. Louis metro region. During that time, we completed a capital campaign for a $2.5 million dollar state of the art square foot Wellness Center providing affordable wellness for the Riverbend community.
