As a Director with Provalus, I lead multiple teams that serve clients in the areas of Service Desk Operations. Provalus creates jobs in small towns that elevate livelihoods, revitalize communities and make a meaningful impact for generations to come. Our mission is to re-skill veterans and up-skill under-employed women and men in these communities with jobs that provide Fortune-listed companies the dependable, quality and practical services they need. straight from the heart of America. We provide our clients U.S-based talent to deliver professional and managed services through a variety of I.T. and business service offerings. We are purpose-driven. Personally, I am an accomplished leader offering 10+ years of experience fostering and nurturing long-lasting customer relationships and collaborating within a team to achieve desired objectives. My background includes working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure sustainable revenue growth. I am known for being assertive and persistent, employing a sense of urgency to understand and anticipate client needs. Most importantly, I am characterized as a servant leader who continually attempts to recognize and develop talent. Provalus not only hires and develops the best & brightest undiscovered talent in rural towns, it also gives back to the communities we live and work in. Our team regularly volunteers and dedicates a variety of resources for the good of the community.
