Responsible for Earned Value cost and schedule measurement and reporting on a major overseas program located in Alice Springs, Australia. Primary job assignment with facility upgrade projects: Power House expansion project $43M involving numerous major subcontractors as well as high dollar long-lead materials tracking. Substation power projects totaling $20M. Develop and maintain program budget baseline as well as variance analysis and reporting. Perform bottoms-up project Estimate-at-Completions (EACs) supporting both Customer and Corporate. Extensive hands on experience with MicroFrame Program Manager (MPM) business tool. Maintain program budget logs, Work Authorization documents and Baseline Change Reports (BCRs). Key point of contact for all project cost and schedule issues, interfacing with Cost Account Managers (CAM's), Program Management Office, Supply Chain, Contracts and the Customer to successfully meet program performance targets.
