JT Designers provides cost effective design to the everyday consumer. The focus of good design should not be elaborate detail, but rather developing cost-sensitive options that meet both need and budget. If budget and needs are maximized, details will follow naturally. We take a very active role working with the client to help develop the scope of a project, then refining that scope as the project develops. In this manner, the client is made aware during the design of any potential costly items that might impact the overall budget and scope in a negative manner. Our goal is to provide professional level services to the residential market. Further, for the small business, we can act as the design consultants. JT Designers will assist in providing the same services noted above for commercial projects, bringing together the best professionals to fit the project for final design and certifications. Working with construction firms, we will assist in taking your vision from paper to the completed project. We serve the greater Indianapolis area, surrounding communities and beyond. We can provide existing structure evaluation, as well as concept studies for the purposes of financing. We can also provide color renderings—"a picture is worth a thousand words."
