As an Office Service Clerk at Metropolitan Opera, I support the daily operations and communication of the organization, handling phone calls, emails, and mail with attention to detail and phone etiquette.I have a passion for learning and developing new skills, especially in the fields of marketing and data analytics. I hold a BBA in Marketing from Baruch College and an Associate's degree in Computer Science from CUNY New York City College of Technology. I am currently taking a data analytics course where I learn how to collect, analyze, and visualize data using various tools and techniques. My goal is to work in an environment that fosters growth and encourages the pursuit of excellence, where I can apply my knowledge and skills to contribute to the success of the organization.
