Proud to be part of Jet Propulsion Laboratory where my main task is 3D CT X-ray inspection for space exploration projects to advance humankind's understanding of our universe. In my Non-Destructive Evaluation team lead role I assist failure analysis investigations, conduct part upscreening, and construction verification using X-Ray, Ultrasonic, and optical inspection tools. It's a dream come true to be in this job, working with engineers and scientists across *all* of JPL's projects ranging from Mars rover motor assemblies, microfluidic samplers, science research on ocean worlds and asteroids, detectors, wafers, populated PCBs, from prototypes to 1 of a kind flight hardware; you name it, it probably came to our lab at some point. Previously worked as an Electrical Engineer for Weatherford Inc, in Houston, doing X-Ray, acoustic, and optical inspection for hostile environment Failure Anlaysis on downhole electronics. In this role I also interpreted and directed contract analysis using other methods like SEM, EDS, FTIR, ICP, etc. Prior to this position I served five years as a Senior Applications Engineer at Sonoscan. I'm interested in most topics concerning sound and/or microelectronics. Specialties: CT post processing, wave mechanics, sound propagation, ultrasonics, process development, quality assurance, failure analysis, microelectronics development, technical writing, instruction, sales, etc
