As an Operations Manager at US Army for over 24 years, I have been leading and managing crisis response operations for various missions and scenarios, both domestic and international. I have extensive experience in coordinating, planning, executing, and evaluating complex and high-stakes operations, involving multiple stakeholders, resources, and risks. I have a strong background in Army, Program, and Emergency Management, as well as a degree in Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management from American Military University. I am passionate about ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of the people and communities I serve, as well as the readiness and effectiveness of the teams I work with. I am always eager to learn new skills, adapt to changing situations, and collaborate with diverse and cross-functional partners.
