Fourteen years of work building agreements and tracking contracts for development projects. I've recently moved into construction management and am serving as a project manager for an architectural metal and glass firm in Queens, NY. Have drafted MOU’s, non-standard agreements, and contract clauses for legal sign-off. Have valued contracts, patents and licenses as intangible assets and have worked with lawyers to file breach of contract complaints under DFAR in the United States. Have filed and won investment contracts from Singapore government. Have tracked performance under contracts in United States, India, Singapore and Afghanistan. Fourteen years of creating common ground between engineers, lawyers, and corporate officers; between corporations and government entities; and between government entities and the public. Familiar with construction documentation including AIA requisitions, change orders, certified payrolls, prequalification procedures, cash and accrual based accounts tracking, safety audits, DEP audits and worksite hazard/ design conflict documentation OSHA 10 Certified, Revit certified, have built GIS models worksites) in Google Earth for clients and US Department of State.
