With over 18 years of experience in the vital records storage industry, I am a seasoned and successful vice president who specializes in customer retention, sales and operations. I have a proven track record of securing and retaining large revenue accounts, such as the world's largest retailer, for international companies like Vital Records Control (VRC), where I worked from 2018 to 2023. As a vice president at VRC, I oversaw the financial and operational performance of multiple territories across the US, leading and coaching a team of 15 direct reports. I implemented quality concepts and total quality management (TQM) principles to foster a culture of continuous improvement, customer service, and regulatory compliance. I also collaborated with the executive vice president of sales to execute sales negotiations and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. Some of my key accomplishments include: Promoting from Area Vice President to National Vice President of Customer Retention in less than three years based on my outstanding results and leadership skills.
