I am a business improvement and culture centered professional with over a decade of experience driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and strategic growth across both public and private sectors. Currently, I serve as a Consultant in Global Business Services at Cardinal Health, where I lead large-scale client partnerships, optimize supply chain strategies, and execute high-impact service enhancements for healthcare systems and surgical networks nationwide. My passion lies in solving complex problems with practical, sustainable solutions—whether that’s improving price match rates, building multimillion-dollar partnerships, or refining service operations to support organ and tissue donation logistics. Prior to this, I spent 8 years in public service at the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas, where I led procedural and tech based initiatives that saved taxpayers over $1M. In every role, I bring a people-centered, data-informed approach and a strong belief in relationship-building that drives meaningful results, while championing visibility, equity, and community leadership. Outside of work, I serve on the board of Directors for the LGBTQ+ Centers of Greater Cleveland, board member for Arab Americans of Cleveland and Co-Chair of Programming for PROUD a Cardinal Health ERG.
