About John Brant

John runs a meditation and yoga retreat in Spain with his wife, Lisa. Their retreats are designed to give their guests the opportunity to experience "the Real, Authentic you". At the retreats they share generously the best of what they have learned regarding nutrition, mindset and exercise and put into practice with their personally designed retreat programs. They inspire and challenge guests to take personal responsibility for their health and well-being to ensure a more fulfilling and rewarding life. He often shares his story publically that he was living a life of quiet desperation; feeling unfulfilled and burnt out. A journey of huge personal change on the inside helped him to dramatically shift the direction of his life on the outside. He spent time travelling the world searching for the very best information on living a rich and fulfilled life in all areas. He now wants to use what he has learned to create something special for his retreat guests. As well as overseeing the retreats, John is an author, speaker and lifestyle coach and worked in a high pressure career before making significant changes in lifestyle culminating in a move to Spain.
