About John Brodie

I focus on 5 key dimensions of organisational transformation: Strategy, Leadership, Organisational Capability, Change and Culture. In my more than 20 years of consulting experience I have had the opportunity to collaborate with multiple leaders and executive teams as they drive significant organisational shifts, to adapt to new technologies, shift their business models in response to evolving markets and learn to deal with increasing levels of disruption. I have been part of shaping a practice of experienced practioners who bring pragmatic business experience as well as a deep understanding of the "human" dimension in driving leader led strategic change and business transformation. We have been successful in building long-term partnerships with leaders as they deal with the multiple dimensions and complexities of executing on their strategies and embedding the shifts in their organisatonal structures, processes, systems and cultures. A key shift in the last several years has been the recognition that signficant business transformation requires transformational leadership and the ability to create the right capacity to innovate on the edge. We have developed simple and pragmatic approaches to enabling both of these dimensions, and continue to learn and refine our approach as we strengthen and deepen our experience.
