Experience spans a number of large corporations including mining, manufacturing and transportation. With a comprehensive understanding of both the strategic and operational imperatives of a high impact procurement function, has delivered procurement transformation and change programs which have produced significant and sustainable procurement outcomes consistent with meeting the commercial business goals. Implementing development programs for Procurement Teams that focus on both hard and soft skills as demonstrated at Fortescue, Qantas, RailCorp and OneSteel. Building effective Category Teams that have the knowledge, tools and resources to implement category strategies that are relevant to their stakeholder and the business.
