Personal & Career Achievements • Took a career break to travel to the world through 22 countries, experience new cultures, make new friends from every walk of life and challenge myself. • Within my first 6 months at Avaya was selected as having surpassed all expectations by management • Consistently meet and surpass set targets and achievement goals within my positions in APC and Avaya. • Was promoted twice within my 4 years at APC • Using my experience within The Middle East and African Region to design and implement new processes and procedures and travelled to Dubai to present new processes • Built strong working relationships with regional sales and customer care teams to work as one team and dramatically reduce unbooked orders and increase customer satisfaction • Completed ROI Calculation Agenda of value vs. cost of trip to Dubai which enabled me to obtain approval from the Director of Order Management to travel and present the OM Back Office Team too the Dubai and Middle East Sales Team. • Through the above points have helped make the Middle East and African Region a leader within Emea to allow our actions to be replicated across all regions and further the success of APC/MGE • In May 2004 was promoted from Labourer to Materials Controller for George Wimpey Ltd, which led to again being offered promotion in 2006 to Assistant Site Manager for the company. • On 01/12/2006 having learnt the clothing trade at my previous employer with two other business partners opened ‘Pariah Clothing’ in the Eyre Sq. Centre, Galway. • On 01/12/2007 launched our own clothing label ‘Deviant Clothing’ at a Charity Night organised and promoted by myself which raised for the charity ‘Console-living with suicide’ and helped make ‘Deviant Clothing’ a now recognised brand within the shop. • On 01/09/2008 launched uniform-streetwear.com which now accounts for a quarter of the monthly income of the business
