About John Bryant

I'm John Bryant, a process and project management professional with a battle-tested background in learning management and facilitation. I studied Clinical Psychology with a focus in Developmental and Behavioral Theory, and I have always felt compelled to do three things: understand my role in team success, people and their motivations, and guide them to understanding others, because that is how we can cultivate lasting relationships. This is how I aim to inspire others in my day-to-day role as an associate and advocate, guiding them through the flawless execution of operations standards, and coaching while providing context, insight, and unwavering support. I am always grateful when others reach out for feedback, to grow, and to explore what the next level looks like for them. Sharing knowledge, best practices and empowering associates to perform is how I continue to grow. I challenge people, processes, and myself. This is because I don't measure my success solely by my individual accomplishments, but by how my team shatters expectations, and how well I can pull others along to craft their dreams.
