Also responsible for Capita's market leading Social Media Listening product and service,'Cosain', it's on going development and delivery. Also leading the delivery of related data solutions for some major clients and of course the managed support services that ensure all of our client relationships become long term relationships. Ensuring that the Licensing Services team contributes appropriately to Capita Public Services performance and business plans. Responsible for an amazing technical team that uses a data focussed approach to help our client companies and organisations overcome the challenges that prevent them from achieving their performance goals. Product and service offerings include Data Planning, Data Analytics, Social Media Analytics, Data Migration and Data Warehousing.
