I pride my self on being a dedicated, honest, ethical, hard working and detailed oriented employee. My past experience has helped me learn different management styles of employees and tools to communicate effectively, motivate employees with a positive attitude and be innovative to streamline ideas and processes. I am a very quick study, easily trainable, versatile employee. I am highly proficient in training newly or tenured employees on anything they may have a question with while ensuring they are able to retain this information quickly and efficiently. I have the ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment, being able to muti task while most importantly being accurate to ensure the job or task is completed. I have a very solid foundation in customer service, ensuring the needs of my employer while ensuring the needs of our customers are met with the highest of standards. I adapt very well to change and I am always willing to learn to grow, better myself and my employer. I am a worker. I like to work and when I'm at work I am there to work. I love to help other employees when needed but also love to teach and train to ensure processes are adquately absorbed. Motivating and understanding team morale to ensure work is being done well and on time while enjoying your position is something I strive for. I work well in both groups and by myself. I am a person who admits to my mistakes, owns the mistake and then does everything in my power not to make the same mistake twice. I am technically skilled and proficient with all of Microsoft Windows and its applications, Geographical Monitoring Systems, CCTV and Live Video Monitoring, Life Safety Fire Systems, Imaging and Scanning Equipment and more upon request.
