I have 28 years of excellent business management skills and a great eye for detail. For the past 10+ years I have held the position of “District Manager,” managing multiple stores in Western North Carolina and have consistently ranked among the top of my peers in the southeast region covering Western North Carolina, and Eastern Tennessee. My district was also honored several times for revenues and profit and ranked as high as second place within the entire company on YTD revenue growth. I have a strong background in customer retention and firmly believe in the importance of building strong customer relationships. I enjoy a management style of hands on training and follow-up, and possess great communication skills. I love a fast paced environment, and can handle multi-tasking with ease. I have experience in finding quality and diverse candidates through approved employment practices, and can effectively train and develop the workforce. I have attended numerous seminars and workshops specific to management. Most recently, Ken Blanchard’s Situational Front Line Leadership in 2009, 2010 and 2011, to improve skills necessary to drive employee performance and engagement. Other workshops include Communication and Relationship workshops with Zig Ziglar, Taleo talent management software courses and Microsoft Office training in Excel, Word and Power Point.
