My extensive network is a testament to the strong relationships that I have built and maintained throughout my career. Over the years, my roles have ranged from hands on operator at the coal face to executive roles in mining operations and mining services. This breadth of experience provides me with a whole of business perspective that delivers pragmatic, simple solutions well aligned with all stakeholders. I communicate well and interact instinctively with operators, boards, external stakeholders and customers. Enjoyment of seeing my team members learn, grow and achieve has been a key to success in growing, integrating and sustaining businesses. Business acumen gained from working in both small to medium enterprises and global corporations provides me with the confidence, desire and ability to manage change and lock in sustainable improvements in any business environment.
