About John Burnette

Having owned and operated a small business over many years, I understand what a struggle it is to not just maintain, but too continually grow your business. With so much competition to deal with, and the economy forcing customers to make more informed choices on spending, you have to develop a strong relationship with them long term. With the explosive growth of the Internet, traditional advertising is not enough anymore to get the word out for your business. After watching so many good small businesses go under from their lack of understanding on how to effectively use the power of the 'net to reach new customers, I started offering consulting services and solutions to help them succeed. While I can provide a wide variety of online services, and have a very extensive technical background, I prefer to offer a marketing solution that's tailored to the type of business you have. To me, having a website/mobile website is a great place to start, but it's only a start. Developing a long term marketing strategy that emphasizes the use of social media and reputation marketing provides your business the best chance to not just survive, but to flourish as time goes on. This is my goal, and passion, to see good businesses continue to provide their products and services and provide the quality and service their customers need, and want. Because at the end of the day, I am also one of them.
