About John Bursch

John Bursch defends religious liberty, free speech, and the right to life while also representing Fortune 500 companies, foreign and domestic governments, and top public officials in high-profile cases, primarily on appeal. John has argued 12 U.S. Supreme Court cases and three dozen state supreme court cases, successfully litigating hundreds of matters around the country, including six with more than $1 billion at stake. He has also compiled a Supreme Court merits record that the National Law Journal observed "even more veteran high court advocates would envy." John's cases have involved many of the most important public-policy issues of the past decade. John has been widely recognized for his advocacy.
