Along the way I’ve introduced new referral programmes, streamlined sign-ups, and helped shape the customer journey online and offline. What makes me different is the mix of creative ideas and commercial focus. I enjoy turning complex problems into straightforward campaigns that deliver measurable impact. I don’t overcomplicate things, I just make sure marketing pulls its weight in growing the business.
