Mr. Crilly is an accomplished transformational leader of complex businesses. His significant educational foundation in managing technology resources, helps him provide high quality IT Services (ITSM) support to a variety of industries like Healthcare, Manufacturing, Government (all levels), Aviation and Construction. He built a PMO for a three hospital system to manage a team of project professionals and provide many standardized templates and policies. Though managing project budgets of $1 and $2 million are common, he has experience with $35 million programs containing as many as 124 simultaneous projects and leading teams of over 200 local and remote professionals from across the Americas, India and Europe. He is known as a coach and mentor for other managers and leaders at all levels of the organization. He is also experienced at engaging, influencing, and advising others, whether that be project sponsors, clients, users, or other stakeholders. He has excelled as a leader in a variety of roles which cover many aspects of the technology lifecycle within three key areas, integration of hardware, implementation of enterprise software, and adoption of new business processes. He built a business to provide ITSM support for many small businesses. Plus, he has had the joy of leading large global teams in support of ITSM projects for Top 100 Global companies. His latest challenge is to help integrate two IT teams together (FTE and contracted) into one cohesive operation. This effort contained 1,500+ employees at a hospital system in Texas. He is a customer centered professional who helps technology teams achieve high quality results. His responsibilities typically include the development, implementation, and integration of business techniques that bring results in line with strategic initiatives. His focus on organizational change management principles (OCM) is central to his success, as a result he frequently receives positive comments from stakeholders for his high levels of user adoption to change. He gives back by leading the local PMI chapter as their President and Chairman of the board.
