Change has never been as constant as it is today, particularly in technology. My passion lies in planning, leading and executing strategic programs, technology-based changes and process improvement initiatives. I’m a collaborative problem-solver who can acquire new skills quickly and adapt to and excel at challenging roles. I have a detail-driven focus on designing and enhancing processes for tangible efficiencies. In addition to my PMP and Change Management certifications, I am skilled at developing large-scale training programs, business processes and implementation plans. I've managed both local and remote (virtual) teams. My leadership skills and collaborative working style can be seen throughout many of my positions, in particular, as lead architect of the On the Run Dealer Program in Canada. I have also planned and executed an interim funding solution to bring in immediate cash flow to the corporation. I've led an IT application project, and the technical track on a global software migration project, tracking and managing both to completion. I've also led a customer-centric Change track on a complex, multi-year systems outsourcing project. I enjoy working with technical experts and senior management on complex endeavours that increase business value, and have a reputation for consistently delivering exceptional results on time and within budget.
