About John Campbell

John’s passion and enthusiasm for residential real estate cannot be understated. He is dually licensed in New York and Florida. He follows the local New York City market and Florida market with keen interest and excitement, and delivers complete devotion to every single one of his loyal clients. Anyone who has worked with John remains consistently impressed with his dedication, creativity and customized service. His extensive sales and service background and diverse career path spanning the fine arts, hospitality and personal fitness gave him a solid backbone of skills that serve as his greatest assets today. The impressive track record that he established in these roles was due to his ability to connect with people, earn trust and create lasting relationships. Born and raised in New Orleans, John attended the George Washington University on three scholarships: academic, Presidential Art and rowing. He was a 4-year varsity rower and holds a BA degree, cum laude, in Fine Arts. He also served in White House and Senate internships while in D.C. As a competitive swimmer from an early age, John was always striving to perfect his stroke and improve his time, training year-round. These activities instilled in him core values that shaped the rest of his life. John is a successful realist painter with numerous solo, group shows and awards such as the Forbes Fellowship. Prior to entering real estate, he ranked among the top three producing personal trainers at the Greenwich Avenue Equinox and the top 5% companywide. He loves city life and is deeply motivated to help others find their special home in what can often be an overwhelming new environment. John has successfully completed numerous deals in Manhattan and Brooklyn - wherever his clients’ hearts and needs take him. In his free time, you can often find him swimming with the Coast Master's at the Destin Aquatic Center, paddle boarding along the sunny Emerald Coast and painting his latest plein air landscape in Seaside and 30A.
