I am an accomplished, customer-facing technical Trainer (Creative) with more than 10 years’ experience at the globally recognised Apple Inc. brand delivering training to groups, one-to-one, and delivering custom training to businesses. I am skilled at using a range of software packages and have proven my ability to deliver clear, engaging training that inspires customers, and is adjusted for individual learning needs. I have excellent communication skills meaning I can work well with both clients and colleagues and explain complex technical information in a clear, informative way. With a passion for computing and future technologies I am now seeking to develop my career with a challenging role in this field where I can utilise my expertise, broad skillset and experience. I am also currently completing a degree in Computing and IT (part-time).
