I help clients improve their profitability and cash flow to get through any immediate problems. Then management methodology, operational and financing issues are resolved to sustain the company for the long-term. My expertise and that of the CSI team spans from the financial to the operational to management structure and methodology. We take a holistic approach to assessing the enterprise, and have breadth of experience to handle most situations. • Before going independent in 2006, I had 30 years of practical experience in financial and operational capacities serving as Exec VP and CFO of privately-held companies • Industry experience include distribution, food processing, construction, engineering, fabrication, foundries, durable medical equipment, car auction, service and ancillary businesses ranging in size from $5 million to $100 million in sales Specialties: •Analysis and resolution of profitability/cashflow problems •Planning; budgeting; cost analysis/pricing; incentive plans for management, sales and production personnel; coaching owners and managers •M&A support - Enhance systems, management team and cash flow/profitability of companies to be sold, perform vendor due diligence, financial modeling - Help companies assess value and risks of acquisition targets •Interim and part-time COO or CFO
