Hello and welcome to my Linkedin page. I recently completed all the requirements to be a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Nevada. I have aligned myself with Keller Williams Realty Las Vegas Summerlin. I am actively working with Buyers, Sellers and Tenants and I am building a network of out of state agents to assist real estate investors who are interested in the Las Vegas market. Additionally, I currently provide Incorporation Support Services to Nevada Corporations and LLC as well as Mobile Notary Services in the Southern Nevada Area. I enjoy working with entrepreneurs and helping them be successful by creating the Nevada business entity that will serve their needs. I also provide Mobile Notary and Notary Signing Agent Services in Southern Nevada. I also provide Corporate Records Services to small family owned business entities by maintaining their monthly meetings'​ minutes and official copies of their Corporate Resolutions. The proper maintaining of Corporate Secretary Records Book can greatly assist the owners and officers of the company to maintain, document and protect the corporate liability shield. Proper authorization, execution and maintenance of Corporate Resolutions is critical prove that the business is functioning as a separate entity and not just an alter-ego of the owners. I have preformed this service as both a non-voting member of the Board of Directors and a couple of times as a voting Board of Directors member. I can also provide Mobile Public Notary services including Notary Signing Agent Services in the southern Nevada counties. I have completed the National Notary Association's Notary Signing Agent which includes a current Gramm-Leach-Bliley Financial Services Modernization Act required background investigation.
