All of my experience is in the area of education leadership & management, curriculum and degree program development, equipping, teaching, and spiritual formation. Experience includes: Management - Oversee the operations of Liberty University John W. Rawlings School of Divinity. This involves marketing, budget management, facilities, coordination of the GSA program and oversight of assessment and curriculum development. Oversee the hiring process of 500 adjunct faculty members. Curriculum Development - Oversee the management of several hundred online courses from certificates to doctoral degree programs. Ensure that best industry practices are being implemented. Design and develop online courses. Design and develop online degree programs including two online doctoral programs. Administration - Oversee 5 Department Chairs each of which manage 5 Instructional Mentors who, in turn, supervise 20 faculty members. Oversee the Subject Matter Experts who build courses for the School of Divinity. Leadership - a team of 10-15 staff comprised of our Deans of Men & Women's (student conduct & care), Health Center, Campus Life, & International Student offices. Campus pastor - Oversight and direction the direction of campus church and chapels as well as teaching/preaching. Professor - Acts, Literature of the Bible, Teaching Methods, Leadership and Management of the Local Church, Bible Study Methods, and Homiletics I & II, History of Christian Education, and The Theory and Practice of Curriculum Development.
