I currently work as an Operations Manager at Ambius, overseeing a dedicated team of interior landscape technicians covering routes in Durham, Greensboro and Charlotte, My secondary responsibility is in logistics management, fleet management and maintenance, and route planning, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery in a demanding and dynamic environment.Over the past two and a half years, our team has instituted a robust training program for new hires, significantly enhancing our service standards. With a commitment to operational excellence and a focus on coaching, I've helped foster an environment where safety, efficiency, and growth are paramount. Leveraging these skills, I am poised to drive our organization's mission forward, bringing a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective to the ever-evolving logistics landscape. We recently acquired a competitor with some overlapping service territory in NC and a large footprint in South Carolina. This merger involved hundreds of new accounts and colleagues that needed to be seamlessly folded into the current operation with minimal disruption.
