As a District Sales Manager at Wireless Advocates, I partner with managers across multiple locations to maximize results, communicate effectively, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive and collaborative culture. I am motivated by the mission of Wireless Advocates to provide wireless solutions that enhance the lives of our customers and employees. In my current role, I leverage my skills in sales leadership, guest experience, and retail branch operations to oversee the performance, profitability, and compliance of several wireless kiosks within Costco warehouses. I consult with small businesses and individual customers to provide tailored wireless solutions that meet their needs and expectations. I also mentor and coach managers and sales associates to achieve and exceed their sales goals, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
